An office automation utility that detects a keyword from a predefined text and replaces it automatically.
In our daily work, before the computer there wouldalways be a series of phass or fragments that were continuously repited in the text. In thoes cases a very useful solution is available in an automation tool like omfort Typing Lite.
The objective of Comfort Typing Lite is very simple: it reads an already written text and when it detects a keyword (that you have previously configuered), the predefined text is replaced automatically. Therefore, you don`t have to go writing all of those texts or paraphrases, because they will be changed when the keyword that identifies them is detected.
Comfort Typing Lite reads many plane texts (TXT) , like RTF, MS Word, OpenOffice, WordPad, etc.
Also it can reconfigure the selected text that has been changed into capital or lower case letters, in order capitalize every one of the letters, etc.
